Relationship Manager (Key Partnership Group) - North Zone
Tata AIG General Insurance is looking to hire for Relationship Manager role across the North Zone.
- Role – Relationship Manager managing bancassurance partnerships
- Locations – UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, J&K, Delhi/NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh
- Reporting to – Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
- Experience – 1 to 4 years
Role Summary
- In the above context, the Relationship manager role is responsible to supervise the business delivery under Bancassurance team and Tie Ups & primarily grow the business with profits, Channel Management – Managing Banks, NBFCs and other Micro Finance companies.
Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities
- Ensuring High quality services, resulting in customer delight and optimum resource utilisation for maximum service quality
- Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with bank employees.
- Responsible for generating new channel and coordinating with old channel for resolving their concerns/needs and provide services
- Managing the schedules with constant tie-ups with major branches of banks and implementing sales promotional Strategies
- Co-ordinate with operation staff for providing customer service and for fast service.
- Regular training of Bank employees regarding TAGIC Products.
- Managing Channel Relationship.
- Managing multiple branches of bank and generating business from the bank Staff
- Activation of bank staff with health insurance and other GI products.
