Re-open ratio/Segmentation of vehicles
- Separating the Claims according to Vehicles
 - Conducting Team Meeting with internal and external survey.
 - Re-open of claims should not be cross >2%

Experience
3-5 years of experience in Motor Claims & Body paint Workshop.
Education
- Preferably Diploma in Automobile,
 - Graduate from MechanicalEngineer
 - Graduate from Any discipline with prior experience in Claims
