Role Summary

In the above context, the Product Trainer role to train employees about the product, process and soft skills. They also responsible for identify the need for training.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

  1. Responsible toidentify the need for trianing
    • Interacting with employees
    • Get together meet
  2. Responsible to give training for clients
    • Collect the information about clients who undergo training
    • Deciding the training topics
    • Deciding the constraints ( time, accommodation, budgeting, etc..)
  3. Responsible to Bridge the gap between internal client and external client
    • Offering employees the chance to socialize with colleagues at organized team, team building activities.
    • Operating an open door policy
    • Providing high quality training and development.

Internal Stakehoders 

  • Sales Team (all department) – for training purpose

External Stakehoders 

  • Agents / Producers

Experience

3 years in sales and 2 years in training department

Education

  • Graduated  in any discipline.
