Senior Channel Sales Manager - Agency Health

Role Summary

In the above context, the ASM role is responsible to supervise the business delivery under Agency travel team and Tie Ups & primarily grow the business with profits, Channel Management –Agents. Also liaising with Operations & Product tower, Process Excellence group, Claims, Finance, legal, Business Intelligence, marketing & Human Resource teams for the process. Ensuring that we deliver best of our services to client as well as to banks.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium

  2. Responsible for sustainable Profitability

  3. Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels

  4. To maintain the Hygiene

  5. Responsible for Activation

Stakeholder interfaces

Internal Stakeholders 

  • Operations (BOPs& COPs) – for the issuance , Banking operations etc.
  • Operations (BOPs& COPs) – for the issuance , Banking operations etc.
  • Finance Team – Taxations handling
  • Human Resources – to share foresights into the business and build the talent pool accordingly
  • Training Team – for train the employees

External Stakeholders 

  • Agents
  • Other company manager for lead and support

Experience

  • 5-6 years of experience in insurance
  • At least 3 to 4 years of experience of leading a company/ business line in Retail Sales.

Education

Any Graduation
