Senior Manager - Human Resources

Role Summary

Position Overview:

As the PMS & Compensation Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance management and compensation functions within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing performance management systems, overseeing compensation strategies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

Role & Responsibilities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, implement, and manage the performance management system to ensure alignment with organizational goals and best practices.

• Develop and administer performance evaluation processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

• Oversee the annual appraisal cycle and drive closure within defined timelines

• Manage the promotion process, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and aligned with performance outcomes and career development plans

• Develop and execute compensation strategies and programs to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. 

• Oversee salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and the development of compensation structures.

• Manage design & implementation of compensation-related processes, including incentive programs, bonuses, and merit increases. 

• Prepare and present required data for Nomination and Remuneration Committee Board Meetings

• Ensure that performance management and compensation policies comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Analyze performance and compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. 

• Collaborate with senior management to align performance and compensation strategies with business objectives. 

Education & Experience

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 

• MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in performance & compensation roles 

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Advanced skills in MS Excel

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.

• Advanced analytical skills with experience in performance and compensation data analysis.
