Channel Sales Manager (Agency / HOM) - North Zone

Tata AIG General Insurance is looking to hire for Channel Sales Manager roles across the North Zone.

  • Role - Channel Sales Manager in Agency Motor, Commercial Line, Health or HOM (multi-product) lines of business.
  • Locations - UP, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab, J&K, Delhi/NCR, Himachal Pradesh, Chandigarh
  • Reporting to – Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager
  • Experience – 1 to 4 years

 

Role Summary

  • Ensure the achievement of business for the organization.
  • Developing all Agency LOB’s like GWP, Health, IPA, CL to new benchmarks & keeping the COR paramount with ensuring hygiene business practice.
  • Responsible for driving recruitment & activation of agents
  • Dedicated for driving the market as per our organisation priorities by motivating the agents- organizing monthly meets, engagement activities, training programs, knowledge sharing & upgrading, awards & rewards, feedback programs to ensure organizational goal.

 

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

  • To recruit and appoint producers/agents for General Insurance business
  • Manage the daily activity of producers/agents to ensure strong business pipeline
  • Coach & guide the producers/agents to cross sell and grow their business & make individual producer grow Year on Year
  • Ensuring IRDAI compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to producers
  • Support/guide the producers/agents in all activities related to policy issuance, servicing & claims
  • Train producers/agents on products, process and USPs of Company
