Role Summary

Enhances the Organization's Human Resources by Planning, Implementing and Evaluating Employee Relations and Human Resources Policies, Programs and Practices. Maintains the work structure by updating Job Requirements and Job Descriptions for all positions& also Employee Engagement Activities.

Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

Managing the Manning Ratio at 96% every month

Maintaining Optimum Time for Hiring Process

Sourcemix – Direct + Referral – 65%, Udaan (Off roll to On roll) – 15% & Consultant – 20%.

50% of all People Manager to be filled internally

30% of all IC Roles to be filled internally
