Careers at TATA AIG

Young Achievers is your first step towards a rewarding career in the fast-growing Indian insurance industry. An engaging one-year Post-Graduate Diploma in General Insurance, Young Achievers combines classroom learning and on-job training to give you a comprehensive understanding of the industry. The programme is conducted in association with Manipal Global Education Services, so you benefit from the real-world experience of Tata AIG experts while gaining the basics from qualified Manipal professors.

All candidates are given provisional letters of employment and on successfully completing the course, will join Tata AIG in sales or support roles as applicable. The course also provides the opportunity to earn while you learn, with selected candidates drawing a monthly stipend.

Students who enrol for the programme will also be entitled to a deferred reimbursement of the course fees equivalent to 1,50,000 over a period of 3 years as per company policy, subject to successful course completion and performance.
